Brymesser and Mary Ann Brymessor, by deed dated Febr~lary 2, 1999 and recorded SeDl;ember 15, 1999 in the Con%borland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book 207, Page 800, granted and conveyed unto Mary Azu~ Brymesser; and tho~.e certain two (2) tracts located at 1480 Lo].dioh Drive, Boil~.ng Springs, in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Penusylvania, being the same premises which James B. Brymesser and Sons, a partnership, by Deed dated January 31, 199~ and recorded January 31, 1992 in the Cumberland County Recorder of. Deeds Office in Deed Book "M", Volume 35, Page 712, ~ranted and conveyed un%o Sheldon B. ~rymesser.
