IN RE: Estate of
Ilona G. Atwood
RECEIPT, RELEASE, REFUNDING, AND
INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
The undersigned beneficiary under the Estate ~f Ilona_ G._ At~~ogd, deceased, does hereby:
1. Acknowledge that he or she has examined and approved the attached First and Final
Account and Schedule of Distribution of the Estate of Ilona G. Atwood, copies of which are
attached hereto.
2. Waives the filing of the Account and Schedule.
3. Acknowledges receipt of the sum indicated on the Schedule of Distribution.
4. Releases Rob A. Krug as Executor of the Estate of Ilona G. Atwood, and his heirs and
personal representatives, from all liabilities, whether due to the Executor's negligence or
otherwise, which he or she may have by reason of the administration of the Estate.
5. Agrees to refund to the Executor any portion of the distribution to which he or she is
not properly entitled, and to the extent of said distribution, to indemnify for the claims made
against him as Executor, and to reimburse to him or her all expenses and costs incurred in
connection with any such claims; and
6. Declares that this instrument shall be legally binding upon the undersigned, his or her
personal representatives, successors and assigns.
