I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, including my gravemarker and all expenses of my last illness shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practical after my decease as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate. ITEM II. I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherever situate as follows: A. Thirty percent (30%) thereof to my daughter, CONSTANCE M. FROWNFELTER BROOKS. Should CONSTANCE M.
