The mother, Theresa Richards, and the father, Jason Paul Cooper, shall enjoy shared legal custody of Justin Tyler Cooper, born March 4, 1998. 2. The mother shall enjoy primary physical custody of the minor child. 3. The father shall enjoy periods of temporary physical custody with the minor child at such times as the parties may agree. 4. In the event father at some point in the future desires more time with the minor child and the parties are unable to reach an agreement on that visitation schedule, father may petition the Court to have the case again scheduled for a Conference with the Custody Conciliator.
