I, the undersigned authorized employee, agree ,'~~(;'~Q~lows on

behalf of the below-listed organization (the "Ma~b~~ :I~c7~i~RTJ~:

1. I acknowledge receipt of two checks from Heidi Fisher
DeDay, co-executor, totaling the amount set forth below,
representing full and final settlement (the "Settlement
Distributions") of the Masonic Homes' contingent interests under
Items VII and VIII of the Will of Glenn P. Hoffman, deceased (the
"Estate").
2. The Masonic Homes has sufficient information to make an
informed aecision regarding these Settlement Distributions, as
approved by The Honorable J. Wesley Oler, Jr. in his Final Decree
dated November 24, 2009.
3. To the extent of the Settlement Distributions, the
Masonic Homes hereby waives its right to a formal accounting with
the Orphans' Court and absolutely and irrevocably releases and
forever discharges the co-executors, their respective heirs,
successors, and attorneys, of and from any and all claims,
actions, or demands.
4. The Masonic Homes shall refund on demand all o.r any
part of the Settlement Distributions if the co-executors or the
Orphans' Court determines that such distributions were improperly
made.
5. The Masonic Homes agrees to indemnify the co-executors,
their heirs, successors, and attorneys of and from all claims,

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and intending to be legally bound
hereby, the Masonic Homes has signed this Agreement on the date
indicated below.
