RECEIPT AND RELEASE AGREEMENT

Intending to be legally bound, I, the undersigned,
agree as follows:
1. I acknowledge receipt from Heidi Fisher DeDay, co-
executor, of the following tangible personal property,
representing my bequest under Item V of the Will of Glenn P.
Hoffman, deceased ("the Estate"): Chandler Book collection; art
collection; and coin collection.
2. I further acknowledge that I have been given an
opportunity to examine all financial records of the executors
relating to the administration of the Estate; and based on my
examination (or on my decision not to make such an examination),
I am satisfied that I have sufficient information to make an
informed decision regarding this Receipt and Release.
3. I hereby waive my right to a formal accounting
with the Orphans' Court, and do hereby absolutely and irrevocably
release and forever discharge the Executors, and their respective
heirs, successors, and assigns, of and from any and all claims,
actions, or demands relating in any way to the administration of
the Estate up to and including the date of this Receipt and
Release.
4. I shall refund on demand all or any part of my
distribution if the Executors or any court of jurisdiction
determines that such distribution was improperly made.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have signed this agreement on the
date indicated below.

Intending to be legally bound, I, the undersigned,

1 I acknowledge that I have been given an
opportunity to examine all financial records of the Executors,
James A. Hoffman and Heidi Fisher DeDay (the "Executors"),
relating to the administration of the Estate of Glenn P. Hoffman,
deceased (the "Estate"). Based on my examination (or on my
decision not to make such an examination), I am satisfied that I
have sufficient information to make an informed decision
regarding this Receipt and Release.
2. I acknowledge that I have received a copy of the
Decedent's Will, under which I am named a legatee subject to my
satisfying the condition set forth more fully in Item III of the
Will.
3. I acknowledge that I have not satisfied the
condition in Item III and am therefore not entitled to the
legacy, which will instead be paid to the Pilgrim Chapter, Order
of DeMolay.
4. I hereby waive my right to a formal accounting
with the Orphans' Court, and do hereby absolutely and irrevocably
release and forever discharge the Executors and their respective
heirs, successors, and assigns, of and from any and all claims,
actions, or demands relating in any way to the administration of
