Intending to be legally bound, I, the undersigned,
agree as follows:
1. I acknowledge receipt from Heidi Fisher DeDay, co-
executor, of the below-listed amount, representing my legacy
(plus accrued interest) under the Will of Glenn P. Hoffman,
deceased ("the Estate").
2. I further acknowledge that I have been given an
opportunity to examine all financial records of the executors
relating to t=he administration of the estate; and based on my
examination (or on my decision not to make such an examination),
I am satisfied that I have sufficient information to make an
informed decision regarding this Receipt and Release.
3. I hereby waive my right to a formal accounting
with the Orphans' Court, and do hereby absolutely and irrevocak~].y
release and f=orever discharge the executors, and their respective
heirs, successors, and assigns, of and from any and all claims,
actions, or demands relating in any way to the administration of
the Estate u~> to and including the date of this Receipt and
Release.
4. I shall refund on demand all or any part of my
distribution if the executors or any court of jurisdiction
determines that such distribution was improperly made.

5. I agree to indemnify the executors, their
respective heirs, successors, and assigns of and from all claims,
actions, or demands relating to the Estate's administration.

Chapter"), agree as follows on behalf of such organization:
1. I acknowledge receipt from Heidi Fisher DeDay, co-
executor, of the amount set forth below; representing full and
final payment of the pecuniary legacy (the "Legacy"1 given to the
Pilgrim Chapter under Item III of the Will of Glenn P. Hoffman,
deceased ("the Estate").
2. I further acknowledge that I have been given an
opportunity to examine all financial records of the co-executors
relating to the administration of the Estate; and based on my
examination (or on my decision not to make such an examination),
I am satisfied that I have sufficient information to make an
informed decision regarding this Receipt and Release.

Adam's Lodge, No. 319 ("Adam's Lodge"), agree as follows on
behalf of such organization:
1. I acknowledge receipt from Heidi Fisher DeDay, co-
exec~~tor, of the amount set forth below, representing full and
final payment of the pecuniary legacy (the "Legacy") given to the
Adam's Lodge under Item IV of the Will of Glenn P. Hoffman,
deceased ("the Decedent").
2. Under Item V of his Will, the Decedent gave Adam's
Lodge a remainder interest in certain tangible personal property
("Personal Effects") upon the death of his mother, Shirley
Hoffman.
3. I waive all remainder interests and claims under
Item V of the Will.
4. I further acknowledge that I have been given an
opportunity t:o examine all financial records of
