RECEIPT AND RELEASE OF STOCK DISTRIBUTION-

I, the undersigned, agree as follows:

1. On October 22, 2010, the co-executors of t~,~,~~-~'~•a~.:,e.hT

James A. Hoffman and Heidi Fisher DeDay, filed thei^~]]~~~e,'' s "~';ir~~t
and Final Account (the "Account") and proposed Schedule of
Distribution (the "Schedule")
2. By order (the "Order") dated November 23, 2010, the
Honorable J. Wesley Oler, Jr. confirmed the Account absolutely
and directed distribution in accordance with the Schedule. (A
copy of the Order has been provided to me and is incorporated by
reference herein.]
3. They Court-approved Account directs an in-kind
distribution of 97 shares of PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.
Common Stock ("PNC Stock") to me.
4. I authorize and direct the co-executors to transfer 97
shares of PNC' stock to my brokerage account and to charge me for
my transactional costs.
5. I acknowledge receipt of 97 shares of PNC Stock,
representing my court-approved, in-kind distribution (the
"Distribution")
6. I have sufficient information to make an informed
decision regarding my Distribution.
7. To the extent of my Distribution, I hereby waive my
right to a formal accounting with the Orphans' Court and
absolutely and irrevocably releases and forever discharges the

of and from a.ll claims, actions, or demands.
8. I shall refund on demand all or any part of the
Distribution if the co-executors or the Orphans' Court determines
that. such distribution was improperly made.
9. I agree to indemnify the co-executors, their .respecti.ve
heirs, successors, and attorneys of and from all claims, actions,
or demands relating to the Distribution.
