RECEIPT AND RELEASE OF FINAL DISTRIBUTION

I, the undersigned, agree as follows on behalf of Capitol Dinner

1. The Beneficiary is the same organization named as a(~fj~;c~ar~~`'; pA
under Item X of the Will of Glenn P. Hoffman, deceased (the ~~Estate").
2. I am the Chapter 7 trustee in the pending bankruptcy of the
Beneficiary, which is filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court fcr the
Middle District of Pennsylvania, docketed at 1:08-bk-02834-MDF.
3. On behalf of the Beneficiary, I acknowledge receipt of a $4,53Ei.23
check from Heidi Fisher DeDay, co-executor, representing the final
distribution (the "Final Distribution") of the Beneficiary's one-eighth
residuary share of the Estate.
4. I have sufficient information to make an informed decision
regarding the Final Distribution.
5. In consideration of the Final Distribution, I hereby waive the
Beneficiary's right to a formal accounting with the Orphans' Court and
absolutely and irrevocably release and forever discharge the co-executors,
their respective heirs, successors, and attorneys, of and from. all claims,
actions, or demands.
6. I shall refund on demand all or any part of the Final Distribution
if the co-executors, the Orphans' Court, or the Bankruptcy Court determiner
that such distribution was improperly made.
7. To the extent of the partial distribution, I agree to indemnify
the co-executors, their heirs, successors, and attorneys of and from all
claims, actions, or demands relating to the Final Distribution..
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and intending to be legally bound hereby, the
Beneficiary, by the undersigned Chapter 7 Trustee, has signed this Agreement
on the date indicated below.
