STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

between NewStone LLC, of 4.19 Crossroad
PA., 17?j.5 hereinafter referred to as
AND
School Road, of Carlisle,
Contractor,
Kimberly Ort, of 115 5th Avenue, New Cumberland, PA. , 1 7070
hereinafter referred to as Owner(s), whereby the former
undertook, and agreed to erect and construct a housing
rehabilitation project at 115 5th Avenue, New Cumberland, 17070,
Cumberland County.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
($1.00; to and in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in
the Agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their
subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them,
covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be
filed ,r maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
accoun' of any work done or materials furnished by them or any
of then under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or
about he erection and construction of the said buildings on the
lot ab)ve described and the said Contractor, for themselves,
their ;ubcontractors and others under them hereby expressly
waive ,nd relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any
mechan_c's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of
them, end agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien,
shall -)e an independent covenant.
