The undersigned, being duly sworn, deposes and states the following:
l ).The Affiant is authorized by the Claimant as its Authorized Representative to make this Affidavit.
2).The Affiant has reviewed the account records of the Claimant with respect to the decedent. The
Affiant is familiar with these records and reviews them as a regular part of his/her duties.

4).The debt was originally held by and assigned in
the normal course of business by the original creditor or their lawful assignee. The affiant states that to the
best of his/her knowledge, information and belief there are no uncredited payments, counter-claims or offsets
against said debt. Said account has been assigned, transferred and sold to Asset Acceptance, LLC with full
power and authority to do and perform all acts necessary for the collection, settlement, adjustment,
compromise or satisfaction of said claim. Further, the undersigned acknowledges that in making the
assignment, Asset Acceptance, LLC is now the owner of this account, and has complete authority to enforce
the rights of the original creditor with the debtor, and that the assignor or original creditor has not further
interest in said debt for any purpose.
