dated May 17, 1971, as follows:
HEGINNING at a spike on the Western aide of Front Street, said point being
the intersection of the building line on the Western side of Front Street and the
building line on the Northern side of Second Street; thence by said building line
of Second Street, South 58 degrees 55 minutes 30 seconds West, One Hundred
Twenty-five (125) feet to a stake at lands now or formerly of Ronald E. Stuck;
thence by lands of same, North 11 degrees 44 minutes 40 seconds Weat, Forty-
five and Forty-five Hundredths (45.45) feet to a stake in line of lands now.or
formerly of Robert E. Weise; thence by the same, North 65 degrees 15 minutes
East, Sixty and Twenty-five Hundredths (60.25) feet to a point marked by a chisel
mark on concrete; thence by the same, North 80 degrees 01 minute 40 seconds
' East, Fifty and Five Tenths (50.5) feet to a spike on the building line on the
Western side of Front Street; thence by the same, South 28 degrees 40 minutes
East, Thirty-six and Five Tenths (36.5) feet to a spike, the place of BEGINNING.
HAVING thereon erected a two and one-half story stone and frame house
known as No. 115 Front Street, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania.

dated May 24, 1971 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and
