Dye ("Owners") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by the Owners and described as follows: 155 Salem Church Road Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 Tax Property Map: 10-20-1838 Parcel No.: 005 for unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from July 1, 2011 through October 1, 2011. Said services were rendered and charged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances Chapter 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and LAW OFFICES SNELBAKER & BRENNEMAN.
