Hudson United Bank is a banking institution duly registered to do business in Pennsylvania with office located as captioned. 2. Defendant, Bessie E. Wilkinson is an individual residing as captioned. 3. Defendant, Tammy L. Apgard, a/k/a Tammy Wilkinson is an individual residing as captioned. 4. In September of 2000, plaintiff made a loan (number 499419, folio HUD) to the defendants, which loan was evidence by a Mobile Home Sales Contract in the principal amount of Twenty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty-Seven Dollars ($22,827.00). 5. The loan was :secured by a lien on a 1984 Redman Mobile Home. 6. The defendants defaulted in the payment of the loan. 7. In September of 2003, the mobile home was repossessed and sold and the defendants were advised of a deficiency balance of Twenty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty-Nine Dollars and Ninety-Two Cents ($22,749.92). WHEREFORE, plaintiff request judgment against the defendants in the principal sum of Twenty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty-Nine Dollars and Ninety-Two Cents ($22,749.92), together with interest from September 2003 in the amount of 12.75% per ABRAMSON DENENBERG, P.C.
