STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
NOW, August ~ ,2004, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract between Owners and Contractor and before any authority has been given by
Owners to Contractor to commence work on the building or purchase materials for the same,
including deliver of supplies to the site, in consideration of the making of the contract with
Owners and the further consideration of One Dollar, to be paid by Contractor, it is agreed that no
lien shall be filed against the building by Contractor, or by any sub-contractors, or by any of the
materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor, or as independent contractors known to Contractor for the erection of said building, the
fight to file such liens being expressly waived.
ALL that tract of land situate in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
bounded and described as set forth on Plan for Ronald E. Copenhaver and Kathleen J.
Copenhaver, by Larry V. Neidlinger PERS, 7.23.04.
BEGINNING at a point of an iron pin set on the Southwesterly side of Channel Drive; thence on
the dividing line between Lots 10 and 11, south 51 degrees 39 minutes west across the Channel
to the island a distance of 314 feet to an iron pin set at a point on the Northeastern bank of the
Conodoguinet Creek; thence along said Creek north 36 degrees 33 minutes 13 seconds west a
distance of 100.05 feet to an iron pin at line of land now or formerly of Vincent L. Maida; thence
north 51 degrees 39 minutes east, a distance of 297 feet across the island and through an iron pin
on line and across the Channel and through an iron pin set at the southwest comer of Lot 12 to a
spike set at a point on the southwestern side of Channel Drive; thence along the southwest side
of Channel Drive south 38 degrees 21 minutes east along Lots 11 and 12 a distance of 100 feet to
an iron pin set, to a point the place of beginning.
