KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, DOROTHY A. PLEVER, of
98 Oneida Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, do hereby acknowledge that I have received an
advance distribution in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1 S0, 000.00)
and upon the signing of this Release I will receive from Very Rev. Edward C. Malesic and
Rev. William J. Sullivan, Co-Executors of the Estate of Richard P. Waldron, late of the
Township of Upper Allen, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the
additional sum of Sixry-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Five Dollars ($64,935.00).
Upon approval of the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return by the Department of Revenue
and payment of all taxes and debts, I will receive one-half (1/2) of the remaining balance
held in reserve in the estate account, in full settlement of any claim or claims that I may
have by, under and because of the Will of the late Richard P. Waldron.
AND, THEREFORE, I, DOROTHY A. PLEVER, intending to be legally bound
hereby, do, by these presents, release, quit-claim and discharge Very Rev. Edward C.
Malesic and Rev. William J. Sullivan, as Co-Executors of the Estate of Richard P.
Waldron, deceased, and, their heirs and assigns, of and from all actions, claims and demands
whatsoever, related to the administration of this Estate.
I, DOROTHY A. PLEVER, have been duly advised of my right to have Very Rev.
Edward C. Malesic and Rev. William J. Sullivan, Co-Executors, file with the Orphans'
Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County an Accounting of the
services they have rendered. and I do hereby specifically waive my right to have such an
Accounting prepared and presented to the Court.

and upon the signing of this Release I will receive from Very Rev. Edward C. Malesic and
Rev. William J. Sullivan, Co-Executors of the Estate of Richard P. Waldron, late of the
