AND NOW, this ~ day of n ~ , 2011, after reviewing the Petition
To Transfer Principal to Income as filed by Jewish Family Service of Greater Harrisburg, Inc., the
Permanent Limited Guardian of the Estate of Hazel A. Priest, the Court finds the following:
1. Insufficient income is currently being received by the incapacitated person to pay all
necessary expenses to care for the incapacitated person.
2. The incapacitated person has substantial principal monies and investments to pay for
those expenses which exceed the income of the incapacitated person.
NOW, THEREFORE, based upon the Petition of the Permanent Limited Guardian of the
Estate of Hazel A. Priest, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Permanent
Limited Guardian of the Estate of Hazel A. Priest may transfer such monies from Principal to
Income as needed to pay for the reasonable and necessary expenses of Hazel A. Priest, such
amount not to exceed $ 11,800.00 per month, effective January 1, 2011.
Additionally, the Permanent Limited Guardian of the Estate of Hazel A. Priest may
transfer the sum of $ 36,000.00 from principal to income to fully fund the Income Fund for the
year ended December 31, 2010 and as a reserve against unexpected future expenses for Ms. Hazel
A. Priest.
