consideration of the Emergency Petition to Prohibit Janet and Robert Swope from ~'
Relocating Glenn H. Stoner Pending Disposition of the Above Docketed Matter it is
hereby directed as follows:
1. A rule is issued upon Janet and Robert Swope to show cause why
the emergency relief requested by Petitioners should not be granted.
2. Said rule shall be returnable within 20 days.
3. Pending further Order Janet and Robert Swope aze prohibited from
relocating Glen H. Stoner.
4. Pending further Order Petitioners shall not hinder Janet and/or
Robert Swope from having reasonable access to Glen H. Stoner for purposes of visits,
meals, entertainment, etc.
5. The within Order and relating petition shall be promptly served
upon Janet and Robert Swope by Petitioners.
