OwneF In the Court of Common Pleas· County of CARLSON ~0NSTRUCTION, INC. ~.'~ Contractor WHEREAS, RAJ ~ DAS and KAKALI DAS of 2017 Dartmouth Street~ is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract· with Carlson Construction, Inc. of 1085 CoRntry Club Road, Camp Hill · Pennsylvania Term, 19 Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a 2 story residential building upon a lot of land situate upon pre~ises sitUate in Hampden TOwnship, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known and numbered as ~ Suamit Way, Mechanicsbu_rg, PA NOW. ~ ~~vc ~ '~/ ~ 2004, at the time of,and immediately before the execution of the prin- cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Raj K.~r Das and Kakali Das to the ~id Carlson Construction, Inc. to commen~ work on the ~id building, or purcha~ materials for the ~me in considera6on of the making of the mid contra~ with Raj K~ar ~s and K~ali ~s and the fu~her consideration of One Dollar. to Carlson Const~ction Inc. paid by Raj K~ar ~s and Kakali das , it is agreed that no lien shall ~ filed against the ~uilding by the contractor, or nny sub<ontractor, nor by any of thc material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purcha~d, or extra labor or materials purchased for the er~tion of said building, the right to file such liens ~ing exp~ssly waived. ~~~/~__ ~( ~~Ea3~M: ~or~'__=.. ar~son' K~li ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land being situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southern right of way line of Summit Way, that is located at the northwestern comer of Lot #7, being the northeastern comer of Lot #8; THENCE along Lot #7 South 00° 48' 16" East a distance of 240.29' to a point; THENCE along the lands now or formerly of Donald L. Basehore South 89° 11' 44" West by a distance of 108.00' to a point; THENCE along Lot #9 North 00° 48' 16" West by a distance of 223.74' to a point on the southern right of way line of Summit Way; THENCE along the southern right of way line of Summit Way, North 76° 48' 17" East by a distance of 36.86' to a point; THENCE along the same on a curve to the right with a radius of 375.00' with an arc length of 72.63' having a chord with a distance of 72.51' and a chord bearing North 82° 21' 11" East to a point, the place of BEGINNING. BEING Lot #8 Plan of Hampden Summit, Phase 1, recorded in Plan Book 87, Page 79. CONTAINING 25,271 square feet or 0.58 acres of land.
