AND NOW, this 12th day of October, 2011, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters
filed by Raymond H. Stiteler, for the above decedent and the instrument offered for probate as the Last
Will and Testament, which is dated August 29, 2003, and containing certain modifications thereon, the
Register of Wills having given consideration thereto, has made an official determination regarding those
modifications and renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the instrument be admitted to probate as The Last Will and Testament of
Ruth E. Stiteler as originally typewritten. The handwritten interlineations appearing on the first page,
Article I and Article III are not admitted to probate as they are not initialed by the testator.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are hereby issued to Raymond H.
Stiteler this date. Raymond H. Stiteler shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
