against ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, known as 17 Beaver Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011, and more particularly bounded and
described in Cumberland County Deed Book 167, Page 602 et. sea.

and the Municipal Claims Act of 1923, May 16, P.L. 207, as amended, 53, P.S. §7101, et. seq.
