Whereas Barry L. Enck and Nancy D. Erick is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract,
with Carlson Construction For the erection of. 1942 Summit Way Mechanicsburg, Pa 17050
Now, October 27, 2011, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract,
and before any authority has been given by the said Barry L. Enck and Nancy D. Erick.
to the said Carlson Construction to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the
same in consideration of the marking of the said contract with Barry L. Erick and Nancy D. Erick and the
further consideration of one Dollar, to Carlson Construction paid by Barry L. Enck and Nancy D. Enck is
agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any subcontractor, or by any
of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, extra labor
or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.
