2011, it appearing to the Court that the return date of the
Citation issued in the above-captioned matter was November 2,
2011, at 3:00 p.m., that the Citation was served upon the
Respondent, and further that no answer was filed on the return
date. Upon motion of counsel for the Petitioner, Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, Department of Revenue, the Rule issued to the
Respondent, Christopher J. Arrigo, Administrator for the above-
captioned Estate, is hereby made absolute. The Respondent is
hereby ordered and directed to file the Inheritance Tax Return
within thirty days of the date of this Order and further to pay
the costs of said action, to be paid to the Register of
Wills of Cumberland County. Direct that the Petitioner serve a
