ITEM ONE: I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses from the property passing under this Will as an expense and cost of administering my estate. ITEM TWO: I give, devise and bequeath unto my husband, JOHN R. SWINGLE, of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, all of my estate, real, personal, and mixed, whatsoever nature and kind, and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my death. ITEM THREE: In the event that my husband, JOHN R. SWINGLE, should predecease me or if he and T should die as a result of a common disaster, or under such circumstances that it is difficult or impossible to determine who died first, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate of any kind whatsoever, real, personal or mixed, and wheresoever situate, to my daughters, KATHRYN J. SWINGLE and CAROL A. SELCHER, to share and share alike, per stirpes. ITEM FOUR: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my husband, JOHN R.
