AND NOW, this 31st day of October, 2011, upon consideration of the Amended
Petition for Probate and Grant of Letters filed by Brinda J. Albright on October 27, 2011,
IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the Letters Testamentary issued on August 4, 2011, be
amended to reflect the decedent's aliases which are Mary E. Johns, Mary Johns, Eleanor Johns
and Eleanor M. Johns.
Brinda J. Albright shall continue her administration as Executrix of the Estate Mary
Eleanor Johns, a/k/a Mary E. Johns, a/k/a Mary Johns, a/k/a Eleanor Johns and a/k/a Eleanor
M. Johns, deceased.
