By way of explanation in calculating the taxes due I reduced the gross assets being
received by the son by the full of amount of the costs of administration to arrive at my
calculation of taxes.
The assets being received by the spouse includes accounts which were set-up with M & T
bank in which Karen Belfonti the wife of the decedent was identified as the representative payee.
This was done in accordance with veterans administration rules for the titling of the account.
These assets wer° intended to go to Karen Belfonti and therefore are attributable to her share of
the estate funds. ahould there be any question with regards to this matter when reviewing the
