Item I. I direct my executrix hereinafter named to pay all my debts and funeral expenses. Item II. I hereby give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, both real and personal to my children, George R. Fishel, Pamela K. Frazier and Geoffrey T. Fishel in equal shares. If any of them should predecease me, their share will go to their children per stirpes. Item III. I appoint my daughter, Pamela K.
