TRUST SHARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF BARBARA ROUND IN ACCORDANCE
WITH 20 Pa.C.S. 711, 7740.1(B) AND 7440.4(a)
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT:
Petitioner, CHESTER OSBORN, trustee, by and through his attorney, Wendy
Weikal-Beauchat, Esquire, respectfully states the following:
1. On October 3, 2011, this Honorable Court authorized the termination of the
DOROTHY S. MURRAY FAMILY TRUST SHARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF BARBARA
ROUND.
5. CHESTER OSBORN, the trustee, has authorized the following distributions which
have been made.
MorganStanley Smith Barney - To Beneficiary $25,234.32
The Trust and Dorothy S. Murray - To Beneficiary $53,605.80
Pavment of Trustee's fee $ 1 576 68
