TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT:
Petitioner, CHESTER OSBORN, trustee, by and through his attorney, Wendy
Weikal-Beauchat, Esquire, respectfully states the following:
1. On October 3, 2011, this Honorable Court authorized the termination of the
DOROTHY S. MURRAY FAMILY TRUST SHARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF PAULA
ROEMELLE.
5. CHESTER OSBORN, the trustee, has authorized the following distributions which
have been made.
MorganStanley Smith Barney - To Beneficiary $25,234.32
The Trust and Dorothy S. Murray - To Beneficiary $53,605.80
Payment of Trustee's fee $ 1,576.68
For a total disbursement of
$80,416.80
