Petitioner's Petition for Settlement of a Small Estate pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S.A. §3102, the
proposed distribution of the Estate of Nancy L. Moose as set forth in the within Petition
is hereby approved. and confirmed.
In addition, it is hereby ORDERED AND DECREED that the following assets of
the Decedent or the estate may be endorsed and liquidated by Petitioner and retained by
Petitioner for purposes of reimbursement for costs advanced by Petitioner from her
separate funds:
1. Reamstown Mutual Insurance Company check for Insurance Premium Refund in
the amount of $114.00; and
2. Highmark check for refund of health insurance premium in the amount of
$107.46.
