Dear Madam:
Enclosed aze documents for filing with your office pertaining to the above captioned
Estate for which I represent the Executor. One check in the amount of Thirty ($30.00) and
No/100 Dollars for the filing fee to cover the cost of this Return and Inventory is also enclosed,
as is one check in the amount of Ten Thousand Forty-eight ($10,048.42) and 42/100 Dollars for
Inheritance Tax due.
There are two sets of documents. One is marked "original" and is for filing with your
office. Please forwazd the other copy to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue as this has
various documents providing proof of the Estate's assets and debts.
Finally, there is one copy of both REV-1500 and an Inventory to be time-stamped and
returned to me in the enclosed stamped, addressed envelope. Also please enclose receipts for the
payments made.
