LUDT, single woman, of 503 South West Street, Apartment A, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made. 1. I direct my hereinafter-named Executor to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my death as may be found convenient to do so. I further direct that all inheritance, transfer, succession, estate and death taxes which may be payable on account of my death shall be paid from the residue of my estate regardless of whether the assets upon which such taxes are based are included in my probate estate. I direct that my funeral services be conducted by Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home, 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in accordance with arrangements which I have made there and that my body be interred on the Ludt Family burial lot in the name of Elmer C. Ludt which is located in Mt. Holly Springs Cemetery in the Borough of Mt. Holly Springs, Pennsylvania. 2. I give and bequeath various items of personal property to the persons indicated on a list which I intend to prepare and place with this Will. If any items set forth on that list have been disposed of by me prior to my death, then the same shall lapse. 3. I give and bequeath to my brother LEON S. LUDT, his heirs and assigns, the sum of Twenty Five Thousand ($25,000.00) Dollars, provided he shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, but should he fail to so survive me then the same shall lapse and be included in the residue of my estate. 4. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, and including any lapsed legacies, wheresoever the same may be situate, I give, devise and bequeath to such of my following named seven (7) nieces and nephews who shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, their heirs and assigns, but should any of them fail to so survive me, then the amount such deceased niece or nephew would have received shall lapse and be added to the shares of the remaining named nieces and nephews, the seven (7) nieces and nephews being the two children of my son, Leon S. Ludt, who are PATRICIA LUDT JONES and RONALD L. LUDT; the two surviving children of my sister, Florence Bistline, who are. JENNIFER BISTLINE CORBIN and DAVID B. BISTLINE; the two children of my brother Paul Ludt, who are JAMES L. LUDT and RICHARD L. LUDT; and the son of my brother William Ludt who is WILLIAM EDWARD LUDT. 5. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my niece, PATRICIA LUDT JONES and my nephew RONALD L. LUDT, and the survivor of them, as Executors of this my Last Will and Testament, and I direct that neither of them shall be required to post any bond to secure the faithful performance of his or her duties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or in any other jurisdiction.
