DISCLAIMER AND RENUNCIATION
I, DEBORAH B. MATZ, am a child of Lewis B. Buchanan and a beneficiary under his
Will dated September 15, 2010. As such I hereby exercise the rights granted to me in Chapter 62
of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code, 20 Pa. C.S. 6201-6207.
My father, Lewis B. Buchanan died on June 5, 2011. Pursuant to Article VII, his
residuary estate passes in equal shares to his three children, Michael D. Buchanan, Deborah B.
Matz and Melanie A. Cohick, per stirpes. A portion of his residuary estate is comprised of a fifty
percent (50%) equity interest in Buchanan & Buchanan partnership (the "Partnership").
I hereby disclaim and renounce any interest I may have in Partnership in favor of
Michael D. Buchanan.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and intending to be legally bound hereby, and intending that
this Disclaimer and Renunciation shall be filed of record in the Office of the Clerk of the
Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,Pen~nsylvania as
provided in 20 Pa. C.S. 6204(a), I have hereunto set my hand and seal this ~ ~~°"~~.day of
