I t of HILLSDALE COLLEGE (hereinafter "Beneficiary") with address
of 33 East College Street, Hillsdale, MI 49242-9989, confirm that Beneficiary has been notified
by KERRI L. McCARTHY, Executrix of the Estate of ADELE E. SCHMIDT, late of East
Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, that Beneficiary will receive
the approximate sum of One Hundred Forty-five Thousand Eight Hundred Fifteen and 39/100
($145,815.39) Dollars, representing full satisfaction and payment of one-fifth (1/5) of the residue
pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of ADELE E. SCHMIDT, Decedent aforesaid. It is
acknowledged that said remittance of said sum is conditioned upon the confirmation of the First
and Final Account of the above captioned Estate by the Orphans Court of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, currently scheduled for August 23, 2011. I have reviewed the First and Final
Account and the proposed Schedule of Distribution/ and Beneficiary has no objection to it.

THEREFORE, I, the said of
Beneficiary, and on behalf of Beneficiary, being duly authorized to act on its behalf, do hereby
acknowledge that upon receipt of said sum, Beneficiary will and hereby does, by these presents,
remise, release, quitclaim, and forever discharge the said KERRI L. McCARTHY aforesaid, her
heirs, successors and assigns, of and from the bequest aforesaid, and of and from all actions,
suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever, for or by reason thereof,
or any other act, matter, cause or thing whatever, whether known or unknown, relating to the
Estate Administration and Distribution, from the beginning of the world to the day and the date
of these presents.
And on behalf of Beneficiary, I hereby consent and agree that the Orphans' Court
Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County may discharge the said KERRI
L. McCARTHY, Executrix aforesaid, upon application, without further notice to me.

Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, that Beneficiary will receive the
