the attached Petition Under Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code for
Settlement of Small Estate, it is hereby ordered and directed that an Order be made authorizing
Samuel D. Fry, Jr., Sue Etta Kellner and Christine M. Icenhower to act as equal Fiduciaries for
the Estate of Mary Catherine Fry to close the account with PNC Bank and cash in the Series E
Savings Bonds, pursuant to Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries pursuant to
Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code.
