CERTIFICATE OF RECORD TO COURT
Upon receipt of a Petition For Citation To Show Cause Why Petitioner, Mari D. Jones, Should Not Be
Appointed Administratrix, aswell as aResponse to the Citation, by Jack S. Corbin, the Register of
Wills does hereby certify the entire record to the Cumberland County Orphans' Court pursuant to Pa. C.S. §907
for a determination of the marital status of Mari D. Jones and George S. Corbin II, at the time of his
death. Specifically, the issue to be deternuned is whether Mari D. Jones and George S. Corbin II were
Common-Law Husband and Wife at the time of his death, thus, entitling Mari D. Jones to priority status to
administer the Estate of George S. Corbin II.
