DISCLAIMER
WHEREAS, JEANNETTE MORRISON died on July 10, 2011, a resident of
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
WHEREAS, JEANNETTE MORRISON, during her lifetime executed a Last
Will and Testament on October 31, 2006 and a First Codicil to her Last Will and
Testament on November 7, 2006; and
WHEREAS, SONDRA L. MCCOY became the Executrix of the Estate of
JEANNETTE MORRISON by Grant of Letters issued by the Cumberland County
Register of Wills on August 15, 2011;
WHEREAS, the Last Will and Testament of JEANNETTE MORRISON states as
follows:
Section 2.02 Specific Distribution to Joan Butler
As soon as practicable after my death, even if my husband • . ,
survives me, I give the sum of $3,000.00 to Joan Butler. `-',.-~ ~ ~- _ -»

If Joan Butler should predecease me, I give the property -~ ~~ ~..~ -
subject to this distribution in equal shares to Kathy Wagner, ' ~ ---~

WHEREAS, JOAN BUTLER predeceased JEANNETTE MORRISON and was
survived by KATHY WAGNER, DEBORAH BRICKER, YVONNE GATES, and
BENJAMIN HOLMES.

WHEREAS, less than nine (9) months have elapsed since the date of death of
JEANNETTE MORRISON and the undersigned Disclaimant, DEBORAH BRICKER,
has not accepted any of the assets or other probate property of the Estate of JEANNETTE
MORRISON nor has she exercised any control as beneficial owner over any such
property or any interest therein;
WHEREAS, the Disclaimant acknowledges that the effect of the execution of
this Disclaimer and Renunciation is that the property that otherwise would have been
distributed to filer will now pass to KATHY VVAGNER, YVONNE GATES and
BENJAMIN HOLMES;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, DEBORAH BRICKER, an adult beneficiary residing at
13 Dandelion Drive, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania, do hereby exercise the rights granted
to me in the Pennsylvania Probate, Estate and Fiduciaries Code, 20 Pa. C.S.A. 6201 et
seq., to DISCLAIM & RENOUNCE my interest as a beneficiary of the Estate of
JEANNETTE MORRISON as follows:
1. I hereby renounce and disclaim all right, title, and interest in the Estate of
JEANNETTE MORRISON.
2. I understand that as a result of this Disclaimer I will have no right, title, or
beneficial interest in or to the assets of the Estate of JEANNETTE
MORRISON.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, intending to be legally bound hereby, I have hereunto
