2011, in consideration of the foregoing petition and on Motion of Patricia Haywood, it
is
ORDERED AND DECREED that a Citation be awarded, directed to Vivian Peters, to
show cause why she should not be adjudged an incapacitated person and a Permanent
Plenary Guardian of her Estate should not be appointed.
The time and place of the hearing on the Petition for the appointment of a
Permanent Plenary Guardian of the Estate of the alleged incapacitated person is fixed
for January q , 2012, at ~U~,'~l~ a.m./p:~n., prevailing time in Courtroom No. 5
on the 4th floor of the Cumberland County Courthouse, Orphan's Court Division,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Chase Collins, Esquire, shall be appointed to represent Vivian Peters, the
