BEING A PART of the same premises which The McNaughton Company, by its Deed dated January 27, 1999 and recorded January 28, 1999 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Book 193, Page 356, granted and conveyed unto Jeanne M. Alvord. The said Jeanne M. Alvord died intestate on September 3, 2004 and Donna Keammerer was appointed Administratrix for the Estate, docketed to No. 2004-00851 by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County.
