(Attach a copy of the court docket this Appeal). Other (Specify reason:) I went in front of the Honorable Thomas A. Placey, Mag Dist. No. MDJ-09-3-04. I was given citations for driving under suspended registration and no proof of insurance. The officer agreed to drop whatever he had in order for me to keep my driving privileges. When in front of Mr Placey he agreed to drop the driving without insurance and looked up the Driving With Suspended Registration in his book and told me that citation wouldn't carry a licanse suspension. I agreed to pleed guilty and setup a payment plan with the secretary.
