LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, NANCY A. WALTERS, of Middlesex Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do
make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,

FIRST. I direct all my just debts ati funeral expenses,, ~ ~"

including all inheritance taxes that may be assessed agaist my ~ ;
estate, be fully paid and satisfied out of my estate by my personal
representative hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be
done after my decease.
SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, real
and personal, whatsoever and wherever situate, to my husband, Larry
L. Walters, to be his absolutely,.
THIRD. In the event my said husband should predecease me or
we should both die as the result of a common disaster, then in either
of those events, I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, real
and personal, whatsoever and wherever situate, to my daughter, Lisa
A. Peabody, or to her issue if my said daughter should predecease me
or should die as the result of a common disa ster with my said husbaxi
and myself .
FOURTH. In the event my said husba~d and my said daughter should
both predecease me or my said husband, said daughter and myself should
all die as the result of a common disaster, and my said daughter is not
survived by any issue, then in that event I give, devise and
bequeath all of my estate, real and personal, whatsoever and
wherever s ituate, to my parents , Paul Hair and Sara Hair, or the
survivor; and in the event my said husband and ny said daughter
should both predecease me or my said husband, said daughter and
myself should all die as the result of a common disaster and my
said daughter is not survived by any issue and is not: survived
by either of my said parents, then I give, devise and bequeath
all of my estate, real and personal, whatsoever and wherever situate,
to the Middlesex United Methodist Church.
FIFTH. I direct that my personal representative hereinafter

named in her discretion may convert„all or any part of my estate,
real and personal, whatsoever and wherever situate, ~'rto cash at
either public or private sale or' sales at the best price or prices
obtainable in her discretion and make distribution in kind, in cash
or partly in kind and partly in cad.
LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint my husband, Larry L.
Walters, Executor, of this my last will and testament. In the
event my said husband should predecease me, resign, renounce, refuse
or be unable to serve for any reason or should die before my estate
is fully administered, then in any of those events, I nominate,
constitute and appoint my daughter, Lisa A. Peabody, Executrix, of
this my last will and testament. I direct that my personal representative

shall not be required to give bond to serve in this or any other
jurisdiction.
