LAST WIL~ AND TESTAMENT

VIOLET J. ROBINSON
I, VIOLET J. ROBINSON, of Hampden township, Cumberland County,
enola, pennsylvania, do declare this to be my Last Will and Testa-
ment hereby revoking ALL PRIOR WILLS HERETOFORE BY ME MADE.
1 . I hereby direct my hereinafter named Executor to pay all my
just debts, funeral expenses, expenses of administration of my
Estate and all inheritance taxes incident to my Estate, from my
general Estate as soon after my death as may be convenient.
2. I hereby give, bequeath and devise to my son, Monroe V. Hoke
my home known as 4330 Valley Road, Enola, Pa. , 17025, together with
all my furnishings contained therein, and if my son Monroe Hoke
predeceases me, then to his children then living in equal shares.
3. I her-eby give, bequeath and devise all the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever
situate in five equal shares, with one share each to my son,
Monroe Victor Hoke, one share each to my three grandchildren,
Kathy Jo Hoke, Joseph Victor Hoke and Christina Clare HOke,and one
share to one of my stepchildren, Robin Lynn Robinson. If my son or
grandchildren should predecease me his share shall be divided among
his survivors; if my stepchild should predecease, her share shall be
divided among her survivors. If any of the aforesaid beneficiaries
are minors at the tim'~ his share is to be distributed, my son Monroe
Victor Hoke shall tak,~ the share as Trustee and hold it for distribution .
when the beneficiary attains the age of eighteen ( 18) .
4, I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son Monroe
Victor Hoke as Executor of this my last Hill AND Testament and see to

The statute does not exemot a transfer to a surviving spouse from tax, and the statutory requirements for disclosure of assets and filing a tax return are still applicable even if
the surviving spouse is the only beneficiary.

The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers from a deceased child twenty-one years of age or younger at death to or for the use of a natural parent, an adoptive parent,

The tax rate imposed on the net vaiue of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's lineal beneficiaries is 4.5%, except as noted in 72 P.S. ~9116(1.21 (72 PS. ~9116(a)(1)1.
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's siblings is 12% [72 P.S. ~9116{a)(1.3)]. A sibling is defined, under Section 9102, as an
individual who has at least one parent in common with the decedent, whether by blood or adoption.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT WHER}t~S~ Viole"t J.Robinson,
late of Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, died on August 10,
2004, testate.

WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary were granted to Monroe V. Hoke, on September 3,
2004, with same having been filed in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to Estate No. 21-04-
0818;
WHEREAS, the said personal representative has gathered the assets of the estate of the
said decedent and the assets consist of personal property to a total value of $30,110.09, as set
forth in Exhibit "A", which is a statement of account of the said personal representatives, and
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and marked Exhibit "A";
WHEREAS, the debts and deductions, including the payment of inheritance tax in the
said estate, amount to $14,110.00, plus a contribution of $1,080.48 of Inheritance Tax paid
personally by the Executor, Monroe V. Hoke and $3,685.00 cash, to produce a cash balance for
distribution of $16,000.00 plus personal property, also as set forth in the statement of the said
personal representatives, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and marked Exhibit
"B";
NOW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that we, Monroe V. Hoke, Kathy Jo (Hoke)
Wagoner, Joseph V. Hoke, Christina C. (Hoke) May, and Robin L. (Robinson) Herlock, being
the heirs of the said decedent, and being the individuals entitled to inherit under the Last Will
and Testament, do hereby acknowledge that we have this day had and received from the
aforesaid personal representative, in full satisfaction and payment of all sum or sums of money,
legacies, bequests, and devises as are given, devised and bequeathed to us by the said Last Will
and Testament, which amount we have received this day, and which is the amount set opposite
our names in the table and schedule of distribution in said statement attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "C";
AND, we do hereby stipulate that in order to avoid the expense and time involved in the
filing of a formal account and schedule of distribution, we agree that no account is necessary and
we hereby agree and consent to distribution being made without the filing of an account and
schedule of distribution, the same to be with the same force and effect as if it had been filed and
confirmed by the Orphan's Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland
County.
THEREFORE, we do hereby remise, release, quitclaim and forever discharge the said
personal representatives, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, of and from the said
estate and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands
whatsoever, touching upon the estate of said decedent, and we do further hereby covenant and
agree that we will contribute my share of the estate to satisfy any and all claims, demands, suits,
or causes of action which may be successfully prosecuted against the said estate or the aforesaid
personal representatives after the signing, sealing and delivery of this family settlement
agreement and final release.
