MABEL MAE POTTEIGER
I, MABEL MAE POTTEIGER, Widow woman, of Summerdale,
.Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing
mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby re-
voking any and all Wills and Codicils previously made by
me at any time heretofore, specifically my Will dated
June 20, 1952 and a Codicil dated March 10, 1959.
FIRST: I hereby direct that my personal representa-

DANIEL EUGENE POTTEIGER
subject to the following provisions:
A. BE IT KNOWN that I hereby direct that my
daughter, WINIFRED MAE KING, in consideration of her having
lived with me for many years, shall have the right, although
she will have a one-third (1/3d) interest in my residence
known as 405 Valley Street, Summerdale, East Pennsoboro Town-
ship, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to reside in that home
by herself, until such time as she might marry or pass away.
B. In the event, WINIFRED MAE KING, should
marry, she shall be required to pay GEORGE and DANIEL their
one-third (1/3d) shares within a year of her date of marriage
by obtaining a mortgage at the then appraised value or selling
.the house. Nothing herein shall preclude my three (3) children
from selling the house prior to WINIFRED'S marriage or demise
should they agree to do so.
During the time WINIFRED might continue to
reside in my home, by herself, she shall be responsible for all
taxes, insurances, maintenance and utilities and shall be required
to keep the premises in good condition.
C. In the event that my son, GEORGE E. KING,
should predecease me, his one-third (1/3d) share shall pass to
his wife, JANET KING. In the event JANET KING has, also, pre-
deceased me, GEORGE's one- third (1/3d) share shall pass equally
to his four (4) children, per capita.
D. If my son, DANIEL EUGENE POTTEIGER, should
predecease me, his one-third (1/3d) share shall pass to his
wife, DORIS SHERYLL POTTEIGER, a/k/a as SHERRY. Should DORIS
SHERYLL POTTEIGER also predecease me, DANIEL EUGENE POTTEIGER's
share shall pass equally to his two children, per capita.
E. If my daughter, WINIFRED MAE KING, should
predecease me, her one-third (1/3d) share shall go to her
spouse, if she should marry; if not, it should be divided
equally between my sons, GEORGE EDWARD KING and DANIEL EUGENE
POTTEIGER, respectively, or if they predecease me, according
to the provisions outlined above in Paragraph SECOND, A & B,
above.
THIRD: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
daughter, WINIFRED MAE KING, as Executrix of this my, Last Will
and Testament. In the event that WINIFRED MAE KING should pre-
decease me, fails to qualify, ceases to act, or for some reason
is incapable of performing such task, I then nominate, constitute
and appoint my son, GEORGE EDWARD ~NG, as alternate Executor
of this my, Last Will and Testament.
FOURTH: None of the abovenamed persons shall be re-
quired to post bond or surety in this or any other jurisdiction
.for faithful compliance of the office of Executor or Executrix.

Perhaps the most challenging aspect of selling a home is listing it at the correct price. It's one of several areas
where the assistance of a skilled real estate agent can more than pay for itself.
Too high can be as bad as too low
If the listing price is too high, you'll miss out
on a percentage of buyers looking in the price
range where your home should be. This is the
flaw in thinking that you'll always have the
opportunity to accept a lower offer. Chances

When a home is overpriced at the start, it
misses what can be the most critical time
period in selling a home - the first weeks after
