Petition, a hearing is scheduled in this matter for Wednesday, the 23rd day of
November, 2011, at 10:30 a.m, in Courtroom # 5 ,Cumberland County Courthouse,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
AND NOW, this day of November, 2011, at a.m / p.m, upon review
of the attached Petition, and pursuant to 20 PA. C.S.A. § 5513, this Court appoints
Susan Carbaugh, Emergency Guardian of the Estate and Person of Justin Fisher, an
alleged incapacitated person.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT:
The emergency necessitating the filing of this Petition may last beyond the
seventy hours provided by the statute, accordingly the Guardianship shall be extended
for twenty days from the expiration of the above 72 hour period. Guardian shall inform
the Court of Ms. Manley's status, on No
report with the Register of Wills, shall be required.
