AND NOW, this ~~ day of ,~~'~ , 2011, comes Allen E. Hench,
Esquire, and the Allen E. Hench Law Office, P.C. and petitions the Court for leave to
withdraw their appearance in the above matter, and in support thereof, avers as
follows:
1. The Petitioners are Allen E. Hench, Esquire, and the Allen E. Hench Law
Office, P.C., with a place of business at 220 Market Street, Newport, PA
17074
2. Respondent is Shelvey J. Hockenberry, Executor of the Estate of George L.
May, a/k/a George Leroy May, whose last known address was P. O. Box 114,
Ickesburg, PA 17037.
3. Petitioners entered their appearance in the above matter by filing a Praecipe
For Entry of Appearance dated February 1, 2006 and recorded February 23,
2006.
4. Petitioner believes and therefore avers that Respondent:
A. has not been responsive to counsel,
B. has ignored the advice and guidance of counsel,
C. has acted without informing Petitioner-including the sale

of the estate's principal asset, the real estate which she sold
for $20,000, despite having a fair market value of

$102,708.30, as shown on Schedule A of the inheritance
tax return, and an appraisal done by Mark Keller showing a
value of $114,500.00 as set forth on Exhibit "A", with the
sale being to an entity in which Respondent's son had an
interest, and
D. has otherwise abused her fiduciary duty and obligation, not
only to her siblings, but also to the children of a deceased
sibling--- all of whom constitute the instant beneficiaries.
5. Respondent has signed a consent to the withdrawal of Petitioners, dated
September 21, 2011, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference thereto.
6. Petitioners believe, and therefore aver, that their withdrawal at this time is
appropriate.
7. No Judge of this Court has ruled on any matter in this or in any related case.
WHEREFORE, Petitioners respectfully request that the Court enter an Order
granting leave for Petitioners to withdraw as counsel for Respondent in this matter.
