RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, CARRIE F. ZANG, individually and
as natural mother and legal guardian of KEATON ZANG, a minor, hereby acknowledge as for
divers and other good causes and valuable considerations, have remised, released, quitclaimed,
and forever discharged, and by these presents for myself, my heirs, executors and administrat~~rs,
do remise, release, quitclaim, and forever discharge the said George T. Fahnestock, Executor of
the Estate of Connie Lee Fahnestock, his heirs, executors and administrators, of and from all, and
all manner of action and actions, cause and causes of action and actions, suits, debts, dues, duties,
sum and sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contract,
agreements, promises, variances, damages, judgments, extents, executions, claims and demands,
whatsoever in law or equity, or otherwise howsoever, which equity, or otherwise howsoever,
which against the said George T. Fahnestock, Executor of the Estate of Connie Lee Fahnestock,
I ever had, now have, or which I, my heirs, executors, or administrators, hereafter, can, shall, or
may have, for, or by reason of any manner, cause or thing whatsoever, from the beginnings of the
world to the day of this date of these presents.
