IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA ORPHANS' COURT DIVISION IN RE: AERIE LIANG, a minor No. PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF A GUARDIAN OF THE PERSON OF A MINOR TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT: AND NOW come the Petitioners RAYMOND MARINO and MIMAE MARINO, by their attorney SALVADOR J. SALAZAR, ESQUIRE, and respectfully represent that: Petitioners Raymond Marino, age sixty-three and Mimae Marino, age fifty-six, are the maternal grandparents of the minor herein and reside at 39 Country Club Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. The minor herein is currently two (2) years of age, bom January 26, 2001, and has resided with the Petitioners since March of 2003 at 39 Country Club Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. The mother of the minor herein is Minna Chang, who currently is a full time Student at the University of Illinois with full time employment and resides in Chicago, Illinois. 4. The father of the minor herein is Yan Yuan Liang resides at 405 N. Wabash Avenue, Apartment 101, Chicago, Illinois 60611. 5. The parents of the minor herein consent to the Petition as evidenced by their consents attached hereto as Exhibits A and B and incorporated herein by reference. Petitioners believe and therefore aver that the minor herein requires a guardian of her person because she is residing in Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania at a great distance from her parents and is thus in need of a guardian to provide for her supervision, maintenance, and well-being while she is not living with her parents. 7. The Petitioners have no interest adverse to the minor herein. o The Petitioner Raymond Marino is of the Catholic faith and the Petitioner Mimae Marino is of the Episcopalian faith. The natural parents of the minor herein do not practice in any formal faith.
