MOTION TO MAKE RULE ABSOLUTE
NOW COMES Michael S. Travis, Attorney for the Executors, and moves
this Honorable Court as follows:
1. On November 15, 2011 Movant filed a Motion seeking to withdraw
as counsel.
2. On November 17, 2011, this Honorable Court issued an Order
containing a Rule to Show Cause why the requested relief should not be granted.
3. A copy was served upon the Respondents both by the Court and by
Movant on November 21, 2011.
4. No answer or response has been made by the Respondents.
WHEREFORE, Movant prays this Honorable Court to make the Rule
Absolute.
