Guido 1 Courthouse Square Carlisle, PA 17013 Re: Estate of Leroy J. Shive No. 21-2006-0193 Orphans' Court Dear Judge Guido: This matter concerns non-payment of Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax. It is set for a hearing before you on the 5~ day of January at 3:OOpm on a petition with a Rule to Show Cause. Attorney Lora Kulick of the PA Department of Revenue and I joined in a request for a general continuance in this matter. The asset liquidation necessary to pay the Inheritance Tax is a parcel of real estate. This real estate has not sold, generally due to market conditions. Attorney Lora Kulick on behalf of the Commonwealth of PA Department of Revenue and I, James M. Bach, on behalf of the estate jointly request a General Continuance on this matter to be called for a hearing at the request of either party. If you require other and further information regarding this, please advise.
