the above-captioned estate:

The majority of the administration is complete. Taxes have been paid, the tax return has
been filed and approved, gifts have been distributed and partial disbursement has been
made to the two remaindermen. A tax issue arose involving withholding from the
proceeds from direct investment accounts which will be addressed early in 2012. A
judgment has been obtained on behalf of the estate against a debtor. Efforts to enforce
the judgment are underway. Finally, litigation is pending arising from a knock down
event involving decedent. It is unclear when said litigation will be complete.
